Default Unidentified horse truck

Hi everyone,

Here's a picture taken in Palestine during WWII.

Reg is L167166, so it's an early 1940 one. The number belongs to an "impressed" truck, according to van Meel WD numbers' census.

Any idea as to the truck ID?

Thanks,

Yohay
