Default C42 Set Cable Clamps

Can anyone tell me if the following item is still currently a NATO stocked item, and if so, any references to what company might be manufacturing it commercially?

5340-00-047-3977 (AN 742-6)

Clamp, loop, steel, cad or zn pl, 3/8 in loop id x 1/2 in wide

I need a pair to complete an Instructional C42 Set and all I can find locally these days seems to be plastic or nylon clamps, not even close to the proper look of the original item.
