Default Canadian 19-Set Working Instructions

The attached picture is of the above noted manual issued in Canada for the Wireless Set No. 19 Mk III. It is in the usual wartime 5.5" x 8.5" size format.
Was a similar format manual ever issued in Canada for the Wireless Set No. 19 Mk II? I do not recall ever running across one, or for that matter, any manual that might have been printed in the USA for the Mk II production they were involved in during the war.

The reason I am curious is that I own a Canadian issued, built by Philco USA, 19-Set Mk II and am now wondering what Working Instructions Manual for this particular version I should be looking for, for this set.
