Cushion Identification

I was wondering if anyone can confirm the identity of this cushion. It looks like the kind found on the T16 drivers port but I have not found a good enough picture as it might be a seat cushion as well. It measures 14 3/4" wide and 12 1/2" high and 2" thick with 4 straps with snaps on it.
