Default Calling Phil Waterman

Hi Phil

What is the brand of spot welder you are using???? what is the diameter of the copper rods that fits into your spot welder.

I am toying with using your contact tip style as they seems more flexible as to how you can configure them..... the Miller is rather restrictive.

I am fast approaching the reskinning of my doors and "may" do some spot welding on the skin before the final crimping of the edges.

I will document my approach on the Hammond Barn thread as we progress.

Cheers
