I see that the coat has an inspector's mark "I S' over a stylized broadarrow with his personal number (?) below. This same format is in 1952 and 1953 M38CDN and M38A1CDN serial number data plates. Does anyone have further information on these numbers: Inspector E19 inspected my M38CDN and I'd love to know who he was.
