Is the "IS" not for inspector services?

Wayne: I have always seen those coats listed as a Jeep coat. However, I have seen many of them with Naval markings indicating use in that branch.

Whatever the branch use was, they are a extremely warm (albeit also extremely heavy) coat. Not sure if it's the insulation that keeps you warm or the effort of moving in it.
