I think you will find the give way to your right rule still applies if there are no stop,give way,halt lines or other indicators at a intersection.
They never got rid of the rule.............it just faded away under the sea of traffic lights and give way signs.
In Sydney in 1962 their was only Two roundabouts and now countless roundabouts with a rule of give way to your right.
Riding my old B40 BSA motor bike which has no indicators, I use hand signals as still required by law on a vehicle not fitted with them, but get some weird looks by people these days who don't know what I am doing.
