Marcel, The material is spring steel, the same thickness (about 0.055", from memory) as the piece you have. The part you have fits in the hole so that will give you the length.
There are 3 leaves including the part you have. There is also a small steel clamping part that goes under the bolt heads.
This assembly is your main throttle return spring (there is another light one at the engine)
I will find a photo.
