The broadcast starts at about 10:00 and goes for a minute or so more.
http://www.cbc.ca/news/thenational and navigate to the 24 Sept evening boardcast. I didn't find a place for public comments. Maybe the Mother Corporation was feeling too much public comment on their editorial stance and content? Almost someone we actually need to include in an informed discussion.
