Yes, there are "light" and "heavy" versions of the 6-stud British trailer wheel, depending on what type of trailer they were used on.

Also variations in the size of the pressed strengthening "ribs" you can see in the photo you've used.

Is it for a Lightweight 10cwt?

The split-rim trailer wheels David refers to were used post-war.
