Wanted: M151A2 radio installation instructions

I do not know if this even exists, but is anybody aware of any radio installation instructions specific for the M151A2 CDN.

I already have the M38A1 CDN radio Installation Instructions and am guessing that they were the same plans for both vehicles. Although there are M151A2 specific power cable installation instructions, which I only have one page.

I am also wondering for the two radio installation set up if the 8ft cables will work on the M151A2 or if we still require the 10ft cables to power and retransmit the second set?

I have also been told that there is an early style doghouse. I have only seen the standard doghouse but note in the M38A1 CDN installation instructions the holes on the side are slightly different.

Copies of the specific instructions, or to complete what's missing for the attached would be appreciated.
