Hello,
I've been reading up this forum for a while although I never posted. I've been working every weekend on my Ford GPW 1944 for the past 5 years and although I post updates on the G503.com website, I was wondering if I'd have better luck identifying my markings over here. I believe it was used by the US Army as I couldn't find any canadian numbers on it. I also don't have the original front bumper or rear bumperettes that could've given us a bit more info! Jeep was bought from Nova Scotia and from what I know, spent the last 65-ish years in Nova Scotia before I bought it and had it shipped to Quebec. Sorry if its not the right spot to post this, wasn't too sure. Day Tues? C47 Tues? Located in the windshield frame I also have a few tire pressure markings, but that's common it seems. |
