It is not unknown to some members of MLU. There is an interesting back story to this vehicle, if it is the one I was told about.

Apparently a philanthropic gent in the mid Atlantic states got the idea that he would have small AFVs available for contracts to small town SWAT departments who found themselves in sudden need of something more resilient than a repainted bread truck or the doors of their cruisers. The fellow had generous ideas, but ran a foul of some misc law or regulation about crossing lines between armed interventions and police use of force. The whole idea fizzled.
