The 15cwt has an extra two loops at the front of the cargo box for #2 and #3 hoops. They would be brought forward to the no1 position.
I don't see any similar feature on my 3 ton. If it was like the military today, they would pile them all on top of a sea container for a few years, then run them out to the dump. Then, when the truck is being re-issued, they would order all that stuff so the truck would be as per EIS. Hopefully the army was not quite as wasteful back then.
