Wanted: INSULATORS, Ceramic, Strain ZA/CAN 4665

I would like to find three of these for the Remote Receiver Kit of the Wireless Set No. 52.

Not sure how well the resolution will impact reading, so the spec description is:

"INSULATORS, Ceramic, Strain, 1/2-inch dia, 2-3/4 inch long, No. C1. Glazed white porcelain; 1/2-in dia x 2.3/4-in lg; two 5/32-in dia holes on 2-in ctrs; 3/16-in wd axial groove around each end ZA/CAN 4665"
