[Philip Bashall]

Thanks for letting me in. I am Philip Bashall of the Dunsfold Land Rover company (just retired after 52 years) and Land Rover museum and have been into M.Vs since the late 1960s at the age of 8. My Father Brian Bashall was one of first to collect military's in the UK starting in the mid sixties restoring a Dodge 6x6 and with the likes of Bart Vanderveen and 6 others formed the All Wheel Drive Club. My first MV was a M20 BSA and then a Ford WOT2H. I always had a hankering for a WOA2 and am chuffed and pleased to now be the custodian of the late Mike Eblings from the sale in 2021 at Duxford. I have owned and restored many vehicles over the years and have settled down to a few Land Rovers, a WOA2, Ford GP 1941 and a Cushman Scooter.
