Parts for C15A

Looking for the following parts for my 1943 CMP C15A

Side curtains/windows complete and or frames.
New gauges (or location where I can get them)
Dash lights
Dog house parts/engine cover, or a compete one.
Seat cushions/canvas.
Switch plates for dash.
Manuals
