Instructors Notes on Tanks
Hi
For sale is this neat little booklet as per title. No date but as it pertains to the General Lee and Ram tanks, circa 1943 is a likely guess. Issued by Canadian Armoured School (Overseas), it consists of 78 pages of info. Broken down into a Part A (16 pages) titled The Care and Maintenance of... consisting of crew duties for First, Last, Weekly and Halt Parades and a Part B (remaining pages) titled Tank Driving and Maintenance referring to Engine Details, Cooling & Fuel Systems, Ignition, Governor, Carburetor, Heater, Transmission and more. Many notes on each point re lubrication, turning on & off procedures, etc. Measures 6.5 x 4.25in (16.5 x 10.5cm) approx.
