Surely you are correct, Adrian.
The pre focus has an "ed" on it as in "pre-focused" the bulbs with flanges are "pre focused". The older style that you adjusted were just..... terrible lights. Now all you need Andrew is to work out which ones dip left and which ones dip right. Hopefully the American ones are not sold here.
