I finally dug out the periscope from the attic....then problem with dead batteries in one camera....sing the wife's high end Nikon gave me extra resolution but massive files...... had to resize but my ACDsee program got corrupted and had to uninstal and re-install....BUT had to find the license key in tons of emails and reload.... but here they are.

Originally purchased from Princess Auto for $7.00...... absolutely nomarkings on the periscope....cardboard packing shows M 4-6-8-9 HEAD and 400700-A

Surplus to my requirements....approx 1 3/4 by 6 1/2 by 3 inches. they have two small clip feet...... optics are clear only one center vertical line....
