Default Wanted: Modern alternatives for the temperature gauge and fuel gauge

When I bought my F15a 20 years ago, all the instruments were broken. As a first solution, I used the temperature gauge from a boiler. And the fuel gauge from a jeep.
Later, I bought a temperature gauge from LWD, which didn't work. That's why I'm still using the VAILLANT instrument.
I am aware that the fuel gauge from WILLYS does not work with the sensors from FORD.
What modern alternatives are there?
My FORD is from 1944, has round instruments and still runs on 6 volts.
I would like to continue using the original sensors.
What experiences have you had with other gauges?

Regards Andreas
