Early trucks

Yes pre WW2 would be great, I am after info on KARPER trucks as used but Australian forces in WW1. I read an article in "Wartime" magazine, a mag. circulated by the Australian War Memorial, about WW1 transport and it showed a picture of a KARPER and I would like to know more, but all efforts on the net so far have failed me.
