Truck identification

Hi guys
probably another cat amongst the pigeons first a standard Dennis Max as tested by W.V.E.E and another mystery from Dennis. This one has a radiator as was fitted to the Lancet coach
a large batch which were operated by our local bus co East Kent from the mid 1930s to the 50s
this truck has all the looks of a 4x4 but that could be a cross beam for the front axle the photo is not very clear at this point
