Toronto War Industry WW2

Just want to know if there's anyone out there who worked at the many plants in Toronto that helped with the war effort ,eg.
GECO , Inglis and other plants.I hear they even built Corvettes for the Navy here.I know they built Lanks and Mossies. Just share your stories with us if you can.
