Default Polsten Lubrication chart

Hi, can anyone tell me what the modern equivilant of these lubricants are?

Polsten Lubrication chart


USE DEPT NATL DEFENCE CANADA BRITISH WD OVERSEAS

Wheel bearings: 672 = GREASE No.2

Jacks: D.T.D 143C = GREASE No.0

Brakes: 510 = Hydraulic Brake Fluid No.3

Hydraulic fluid system: 345 = 10 H.D.

Motor Transmition: 365 = 30 H.D.
