A mis-stamping
Pick the fault with this publications plate...
 yes, that's correct, the stampings have been reversed. Does this make the truck super valuable, like a mis-struck coin? Don't think so... perhaps it was a Monday morning build. More pics from Ron Fry's CMP collection here.
