They are being auctioned on behalf of the Gov. September 16. See the web site for more detail http://www.rideauauctions.com/fedgovauction.asp (note that they charge a buyers premium on top of the selling price, and then there are taxes). I linked to their site from the CADC site and don't know any more about the company.
