Somolian Inter???

Well, an hours gap before the next wave of Christmas visitors.

Following the story of Ethiopia bombing inside Somalia, I happened on these two photos of Somalian "Technicals".
Sorry for the quality/size but I grabbed them off of news paper articles on the net.

They both look to me to be IH M5H6 models with a tipper body (shorter sides) and one seems to have two of the wheels/tyres removed on the back axles.

If I am correct, the only way I can think they got there was maybe ex Italian Navy or Marines in Ethiopa after WWII who received them on one of the MAP programs.

Any ideas out there??
