LP2 wheels

Hi Guys, A friend of mine has just given me a stack of the Queensland Command Reconnaissance newsletters which he is a member of. There's some pics of the carriers which were at Corowa 2005, What took my interest besides a fine collection of vehicles is one carrier which has an all steel adjuster wheel fitted. The NZ manuals and parts lists which are a copy of the Aussie ones mention these wheels but Ive never seen them here. I took it that production for carrier parts here in NZ ceased before these replacement parts were ever needed. Is it rare to see these on Australian carriers or are there plenty of these wheels floating around? The picture attached is from the Command Reconnaissance mag May 2005,
