For some reason totally unknown to me I have not as yet responded to this thread with regard to the instrument panel. It appears to be an early brown faced series of instruments and a Waltham speedometer (is Waltham scripted underneath the speedometer needle?) The fascia plate would be white with horizontal black stripes running across the centres. The only anomoly I can see is that it appears to be fitted with a silver face series Amp gauge. This may be a retro-fit as it should be a brown face series Batt gauge. See image. If I can help just yell out.
