Default In the neighborhood. How's your area today?

Oh joy and peace on earth good will towards ... uh ... Someone local just alerted me to this event, which I understand happened pretty close by. Locked my doors up nice and tight with the guy still considered loose, armed, and dangerous. If he's on the run and gets hungry and smells my gourmet baskets and comes this way ... I may have to take him out myself him ...

I don't know details or who was killed Sad.

Targeted shooting in southeastern B.C. leaves one woman dead
14 hours ago

CRANBROOK, B.C. - One woman has been killed in a late night shooting in Cranbrook, B.C.

The victim and two other people were inside a home in the Kootenay city at about 11:30 Monday night when the attack occurred. RCMP Corporal Chris Faulkner says the incident does not appear to be random.

A search is underway for a suspect who is known to the victim, but the man will not be identified until a warrant is issued for his arrest.

Faulkner says the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
Ah ... here we go with some more details including something of what the guy looks like and what to watch out for, from today ... had I known earlier when I went to the store for my late nite isolated walk, well ... maybe I would not have gone knowing someone running and dangerous around the neighborhood. Hmmmm ...
