To date this photo, I think it could be in the early 1960's, because the bulk tanker has an LAD cab, meaning it could be an Albion, Leyland or Dodge. Also, looking closely at the grille of the CMP spreader, it could be the 4D badge used on post war Ford trucks, powered with the 4D 4 cyl diesel.
