James, Aussie jeep trailers during WW2 were not fitted with lights, I fitted jeep lights to my type 4 the same way they are fitted to the American trailers. You could make the bracket or you may be able to buy them from Marathon, not sure.
The type 3 was the only ww2 Aussie jeep trailer to have reflectors and those varied from manufacture to manufacture but generally a lot smaller than jeep ones. I hope this helps. Cheers Jeff The front view! GMH type 4 serial No 214560
