Reserving a copy isn´t really the thing to do now the book has rolled off the presses, is it? Now´s the time to buy!

The book is being printed now...so some may prefer to reserve pending notification. However a) all monies are refundable and b) those who have paid will get theirs sent out straightaway as against those who have reserved but invited to pay the balance due.
