I don't know about you, but I did finally relent to just about everone I know under 30 who kept saying "Facebook facebook facebook facebook....etc" and signed up.
I don't use it any more, it does nothing, achieves nothing, you learn nothing, except maybe time wasting.
I found the "friend" button on MLU, and, not knowing what it does, rather than doing what tony has done here, clicked on a few contacts to set as Friends.
So, confirm me as a friend & we'll see what happens I guess...
