The 15 cwts all came with the single speed transfer case. Yours was probably rigged up for rugged back country use hence the 20" tires and two speed transfer case. It would help quite a bit when you ventured too near the muskeg. Been there. Done that. Sometimes a long cable and tow vehicle are the only way out.

The Hump on the hood those not guarantee that's it a bell wringer from Notre Dame...... you would need more thana hump to make is a F22.... take a pciture of the radiator with the hood open...... and a close up of the steering box...... give us a count on the number of bolt on the egg cup flange on the front axle...... On the extra lever on the passenger side..... probably a local make shift when the 2 speed T-case was installed..... see attache picture of the original 2 speed shift tower..... the tower is on the extreme left..... this was the transplanted 2 speed T-case tower installed in my cab 11..... Were these made in left hand drive versions as in one of the pics you can see the holes for the clutch and brake pedal pivot mounting?

Never officially, although the one in the movie 'Operation Dumbo drop' appears to have a LHD conversion.
