the original fan moved all the engine leakage too. It was the dog house that you could fry an egg on. The wind screens strait up let in lots of air. Actually that was the only part of any trip that I got to ride shotgun and stand up through the hatch. Luigi from Italy who owns a mint Ford LAAT drove it up the canyon from Hope to Lilloett. I put the other fan back on even though the motor never even got too hot. Those CMP rads can handle the north african desert.
