End of french scrapyards
Hello
Thank you for all these beautiful and sad pics. The last pic with CHEVROLET with K41 and K43 bodies was shooted near the city of TROYE in one of the yards of mister SABATIER. Unhappily all his yards were cleaned some years ago but some of these CHEVROLET were saved. In one of them , there was a huge tractor BIDERMANN used by USAF during WWII. To day old WWII trucks become more rare and are replaced by ex french militry trucks such FORD SIMCA, SUMB and BERLIERT GBC8KT. Regards SERGE
