Firing her up
Cranked her over to bring up oil pressure then hit the ignition button and she ROARED into life!!!! It ran a little rough but once my good mate Howard & myself had tinkered with carbie settings and the Idle circuit she eventually settled down to a beautiful steady beat.
Side valve V8's have the sweetest note, I pity guys who are only interested in modern Fast 4's. When I find out (hopefully from one of you guys on MLU) how to do the youtube thing I will footage of it running.
