YIKES! That is some serious wear on the rod journals, and even the mains. As you know, the bearings are "Full floating" and wear on the inside AND outside of the bearing shell. If you need 40 thou on the rod journals, I would suggest that the inner bearing surface of the conrods are also pretty worn. Original bearings were available in a 4 thou and 8 thou oversize outer dimension with the usual U/S inner dimensions. I will have a scratch around and see what size NOS bearings I have.

Alternatively, I have a Crank here that will only need 10thou mains and 10thou rods? I may even have some 8BA conrods that have the regular insert bearings.
