The unknown box

That is a Vickers/Lewis MG box. I have the exact same one. Its an Aussie manufactured one by the color of the wood inside the box.

I guess it's not an unknown box anymore

. There was a barrel in it when I got it, it has a square end at the chamber, and I think it's 8mm. Thanks everyone. Phil
