Ah a Dodge T110. I have driver handbooks for these NOS.
That's a savage bit of rust in an unusual place in the brow of the cab. Looks like there's a fair bit of interest in it. I think the roof hatch is the same as used on the Ford cab 12 here - they were made by an outside supplier for Ford and Dodge.

Yes, I believe so. These were quite common here in Queensland with local councils in the 50's and early 60's.
