Thank you very much that helps alot now I just have to get the details of the cover that covers the drive shaft between the engine cover and the bulk head. I see from these pics this Mk of a Windsor has a steering wheel. My friend jack had a windsor and it had tiller bars instead of a steeringwheel what mK used the tiller bars?

You're probably thinking of a T-16 carrier. No Windsor (or any other Canadian-built carrier) ever used tiller bar steering.
