The Chev 12 cabs had the interior side of the doors lined with sheetmetal while the Ford was unlined, and there is the remains of the condensor can on the left side of the cowl.

I agree it is a Chevrolet 12 Cab, but not because of the inner door being lined or not. The main identifying point are the vent holes, if they are there they are round on Chevrolets and square on Fords.

I have seen Fords with lined doors, and Chevrolets with unlined doors. Take a closer look at the pic you attached: note the round vent holes and the banjo axle standing in front of it?!?

I agree with Hanno... if you zoom in on the picture just behind the 44 that its sitting on you can also see the chev style spring shackle.
