Jon is correct, as/at May 1942 - AoS 53 in white on red background for Machine Gun Battalions, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Canadian Divisions. Also, as/at April1940 - MG Battalions were Corps assets and used either 34, 35 or 36 in white on a red background, this was changed to 45, 46 or 47 in white on a red background as/at 28 May 1940. Any light on the acronym TOFOR..I have seen it on some vehicles..maybe Bosnia but can't remember..(Pinky and I think it has something to do with a 24 of beer ..)and another thing..are you going to make it up to Bob's BBQ in June..??

Funny how things work out..here I was asking about the badges on the fenders of Trucks and Tanks..and yesterday I found a few original decals for the Vehs!!..bigger than I thought..all have the Maple leaf in the center
