Michael, I don't think so. If I am correct the left front fender shows the "Polar Bear" sign of the British 49th (West Riding) Infantry Division. Although they operated under command of Crerar's 1st Canadian Army, it would explain why the Windsor does not have a "CT" number...
Anyway, I'll send you a better scan plus details of the book in which it was published.
