The passenger side panel looks to be a replacement at some stage as it has a second layer of numbers underneath starting with 2 The number appears to be 44557 on the drivers side

Hi Andrew,
Do you think the C15 in your post #364 above, was an ex RAAF truck given the colour of the old faded blue? Or Army that has been civil painted? The inscription on the steering wheel may have two owners (on a long shot out of 13 K Sharpe's). Could not say for sure
The paint what i could see was pretty much all over in the blue so could very well be ex RAAF Looks like it served after the war Towing at Mount Victoria
