The pre-production prototypes in Canada could be considered rare by definition - also the prototype HUP... but other rather rare models would be things like the F60H and F60T.
As for the Australian types the Chevrolet No8 CGT is very rare - there is an intact body in Hobart under restoration and original examples of the CGT No9 are also interesting with only one of two built and completed surviving in cut down form (the rest are NOS bodies on rebuilt C15A chassis). The 134" Chev Ambulance is also rare. On the flip side probably the most common in Australia is the C60L dropside. In the special bodies department the C15 and C15A based Wireless Signals are fairly plentiful.
