Hi Andrew,
Do you think the C15 in your post #364 above, was an ex RAAF truck given the colour of the old faded blue? Or Army that has been civil painted? The inscription on the steering wheel may have two owners (on a long shot out of 13 K Sharpe's). Could not say for sure
The paint what i could see was pretty much all over in the blue so could very well be ex RAAF Looks like it served after the war Towing at Mount Victoria

Youngs towing is what was painted on the side Keith
 Have had a bit of a sand to try and find the ARN on the Sigvan today The best i can guess is 96951 with both 9's being questionable possibly 8's or 0's  Engine number is wr3815505 Has anyone got ARN records in this bracket with details ?

Todays spottings
Not military but interesting Rare bird in Australia Guessing about a 1936 Hudson 8 Straight 8 .Pity there wasnt more left of it and that it is on a far extremity of my work area And one of what it might have looked like originally
